XTools Pro Single License permits software operation for one person on the computer with ArcGIS desktop installed. There is a discount for users purchasing two or more licenses simultaneously. Once purchased, you will receive a registration code. This registration code may not be distributed per the End-User License Agreement.
Acquiring the Corporate license gives you rights to install and use software product on any number of computers within the same organization and the same physical location.
XTools Pro Global License gives you rights to install and use software product on an unlimited number of computers, regardless of location, but owned or under the control of the purchaser. This option is specifically provided for large corporations and organizations with offices and locations spread countrywide or worldwide.
XTools Pro Academic License is actually the Corporate License with a discount and it is available for scientific and educational institutions. The discount is available for the institutions after they provide us with the filled Registration form.
XTools Pro Annual Maintenance replaces older purchasing upgrades between major versions. From now on, purchasing maintenance and staying current on maintenance is a way to have access to all newer versions and updates, no matter major or minor. Technical support by email is equally included. Missed maintenance is a subject to purchasing a new license.
Maintenance is only available and applicable to XTools Pro 9.x licenses (and newer). All earlier licenses can be upgraded to XTools Pro 9.x as before.
Purchasing a new license includes an annual maintenance. At that you can purchase maintenance for additional period as well.
